  A big thanks to Blake Monforte for a quick resolution to a HVAC pesky system error warning that we couldn't correct ourselves. Blake noted that the error code pointed to the compressor box outside the house. When he removed the cover he found an electrical line to a sensor had been well-chewed and severed by a rodent or reptile. He had the right sensor with a new connecting cord on his truck and repaired the damage in a few minutes, including rebooting the system and WIFI thermostat. As a billyGO NOW! member I received a nice discount on the parts and labor, too. And if someone comes up with a contest for Best Dressed Tech, Blake will be a certain finalist.

  When both of my toilets clogged up and stopped working after hours, Carlos came out very professional and determined to clear both issues for me with as little cost as possible.  He spent a LONG time (well over an hour)  in the freezing cold trying to clear both, but could only clear one...he would need to go on the roof during the daytime to clear out the second, but did clear up the first one so i had a toilet to use.

He returned the second day with a coworker and they got the second one cleared out by being diligent and sticking with it in that same cold weather conditions.
